1. The right of withdrawal

1.1. Customers in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from an agreement within a minimum term of fourteen (14) days after the effective date of the agreement (the ‘Withdrawal Period’). We have set the withdrawal period for all our customers at thirty (30) days.

1.2. The Withdrawal Period starts on the day after your order was delivered.

1.3. If the Withdrawal Period has gone by since your purchase and you have not returned the product, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

2. Your obligations during the withdrawal period

2.1. You will handle the product and the packaging carefully during the withdrawal period. The principle is that you can handle and examine the product in the way that you are allowed to do in a store, such as carefully reading all the ingredients of the product. Products which are used or opened, cannot be returned nor refunded.

2.2. You are only liable for the value reduction of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product that goes further than allowed in paragraph 1 of section 2.

3. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

3.1. In case you exercise the right of withdrawal and wish to contact or notify us about it, you should do so within the withdrawal period via email at team@thelondonlabs.com.

3.2. As soon as possible, but within the withdrawal period you will return the product to us. For more details on how to return the product, please refer to section 5 in this policy.

3.3. You will return the product with all the supplements, reasonably in its original state and packaging, and according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.

3.4. The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.

3.5. You bear all the costs of returning the product.

3.6. In case you make use of the right of withdrawal, all additional agreements will be dissolved by operation of law.

4. Our obligations in case of withdrawal

4.1. If we receive the notification of withdrawal electronically, we will send acknowledgment of receipt immediately after receipt of this notification.

4.2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4.3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the amount will be reimbursed to your original method of payment (unless you agree to another method), immediately ultimately within 21 days following the day on which we received your returned product.

4.4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

5. Returning the product

5.1. We want you to love your London Labs product. To return the product, please email us at team@thelondonlabs.com with your order number and we will take care of the rest. To successfully complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise we may not be able to process the refund properly.

5.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

5.3. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
